Hi, my name is SHERNG-LEE HUANG. I’m a filmmaker and writer based in NYC.
My work includes: making viral videos with my comedy group Quiet Library; shooting The Tehuacan Project, a documentary short executive-produced by Brad Pitt and narrated by Adrien Brody; producing the web’s most popular daily news show, Rocketboom; shooting and field producing for Tru TV; editing web series The All-For-Nots (released by Michael Eisner’s Vuguru); producing video blogs Talking Points Memo and Bleacher Bloggers (both part of Next New Networks); producing the feature film Coyote Funeral; editing video blogs for Senator John Edwards; and copywriting for publishing house Simon & Schuster.
Born and raised in Tennessee, I logged a few years in New Orleans before landing in New York in 2006. Home is now downtown Manhattan, where I live blissfully free of car bills and hurricanes.
